These woods are all sourced from sustainable managed orchards, estates or woodland, the hazel and birch is from English woodland whilst the Gorse and Heather are from managed estates in Scotland. These exciting flavours create some unique recipe ideas which are already in use by top chefs throughout the country, such as salmon hot smoked over gorse. Other ideas include partridge smoked in heather, trout smoked in hazel wood or heather smoked lamb. The chips vary in size and with flavours such as the gorse and heather resemble small twigs rather than chips. Available in 500g packs.
