A range of the most popular wood flavours ground to a fine consistency which makes it ideal for use in a Stovetop smoker such as the Camerons range and for cold smoking. The minimal surface reduces the exposure to air and promotes smouldering and smoke production as well as suppressing heat. Supplied in a 1.3 litre resealable drum containing approximately 300g to 400g of dust.
