These compressed 100% natural hardwood and fruitwood discs are designed specifically for use with the Bradley range of hot and cold smokers. Available in nine different flavours, Bradley Flavour Bisquettes create controlled smoke production which is one of the reasons the Bradley is able to generate consistent smoking results every time. Once loaded into the Bradley Smoke Generator, each bisquette burns for 20 minutes each before it is gently pushed by the next bisquette from the burner element and extinguised in the water pot. This cycle automatically continues for as long as the Bradley Smoker is loaded with bisquettes and a complete 48 pack will provide 16 hours of smoking time. Operating costs are estimated at less than £1 per hour, plus Bradley Bisquettes eliminate both unwanted heat as well as the acids, resins and gasses which can result from the burning process giving you at one and the same time greater temperature control and consistent smoke flavour reputed to be four times cleaner than smoke produced by identical loose chips burned in a fry-pan or burn-box.

Included in each box of bisquettes is one of 56 different recipes for the Bradley Smoker.
