The five 100% fruitwood or hardwood flavours included are Alder, Maple, Cherry, Hickory and Bradley's own Special Blend, giving you a match for most types of fish, poultry and meat. There are 12 of each of these flavours together with one of 56 different recipes suitable for Bradley Smokers giving you a total of 20 hours smoking time. 

Cost per bisquette is just under 30p.
