Both of the above are for standard delivery which means your parcel will be delivered within 1 to 3 days of despatch. The total delivery timeframe is from 3 to 5 weekdays, but just let us know if your parcel is particularly urgent.

TIMED NEXT DAY DELIVERIES    For orders placed before 10.30am we can arrange a timed next day delivery. Please confirm this with us by telephone on 01398 351604

DELIVERY METHOD & TIMESCALES

We aim to dispatch and deliver goods within 2 to 5 working days.  If there is likely to be a longer delay we will let you know.

Packages under 2kg will usually be sent by First Class Royal Mail with a leadtime of 2 to 3 days.

Packages over 2kg are sent by Parcel Force. Most services are delivered next day and a signature will be required. If you are not available to take delivery, you will be left a card informing you that delivery has been attempted. In most cases the parcel will be taken to your local Post Office for collection. To collect your goods you will need the Parcel Force card or the tracking information you will receive by email once your parcel is despatched. If you are likely to be out we recommend you leave a signed note giving details of where the package can be safely left, or details of a neighbour who is able to receive the package on your behalf. Alternatively, please provide a work address for delivery if you are worried about not being available to receive a package or not keen on it being left at your property.

All dispatch and delivery timings are subject to stock availability. You will be informed as soon as possible of any delays and offered options to change or cancel your order. Hot Smoked may part-ship your order, provide reasonable substitutions (such as alternative wood flavours) and send any remaining items separately, at no further cost to you.

We aim to re-use packaging materials where possible, particularly cartons and boxes in which stock is supplied to us. We also purchase 'second hand' and recycled cartons which have plenty of life left in them. Rest assured that even if the outer box may not always be too pretty, we will always ensure that your goods inside have been adequately packaged!

ARE YOU SENDING A GIFT?

It is particularly useful for us to know if your order is a gift perhaps for a birthday or anniversary and the deadline date so we can ensure your goods are received in time and we can also add a gift message to your package. We will send your invoice to you separately.
