A set of 5 x 100g packs of wood dust each in a different flavour giving you an assortment with a wood flavour to suit most foods. The pack includes oak, apple, alder, cherry and maple and each is packaged in a resealable plastic bag. The wood itself is ideal for any cold smoking project and is made up of dust size particles plus small bits or flakes. One 100g pack is enough to charge up the ProQ Cold Smoke Generator for up to 12 hours of cold smoke flavour. The oak and beech are particularly fine dust well suited to the ProQ Cold Smoke Generator, whilst the three other flavours contain more bits and may need to be used in conjunction with the milder beech dust for best results. All wood is FSC approved or from managed estates.
