A dust form of peat which will add a wonderful rich peaty aroma to your food smoking projects. This peat is sourced direct from managed bogs in Ireland and is actually spade cut from raised bogs. This is not spagnum moss peat which is strip mined in huge quantities for garden use. Use on it's own for a strong smoke flavour hit, or mix with other wood dust flavours.
