Spicy Banana Ketchup -  Originating from St Lucia, this is a wonderful sauce and marinade and its blend of bananas, allspice and turmeric which will add an exotic flavour to any dish. Lovely with barbecued chicken, pork or burgers. (235ml bottle)  (This sauce replaces Mojo in the Smokey Joe Gift Pack)

Jerk - a fiery Jamaican sauch containing Scotch Bonnet Chillies - made for chicken (200g jar)

Bajan Seasoning - a fresh herb combination giving you a true taste of Barbados - ideal for fish (200g jar)

Bahama Mama -  a Caribbean inspired sweet, sticky and spicy blend of spices, chilli and fresh pineapple - perfect for chicken or pork chops (235ml bottle)
