If you're into Butt Rub, then this larger 'catering' size jar is for you. Butt Rub is the famous all-purpose, natural seasoning which has something of a cult following in BBQ circles and is the bbq seasoning choice for professional barbecuers and chefs. Originating from the USA, the funny name belies the fact that this is a seriously good seasoning which works extremely well with smoked meats adding a wonderful flavour punch with its Paprika and Smoked Jalapeno combination. We've used it on several occasions now with a Pulled Pork recipe and it has just the right amount of heat to complement rather than overpower the food. It is a natural companion to pork but can also be used across a wide range of other meats and vegetables - and it's gluten free. Ingredients: Salt, black pepper, granulated onion, paprika, chipotle powder (smoked jalapeno), microcrystalline cellulose (natural anti-caking agent). Does not contain sugar or MSG.
