Bahama Mama is the latest Caribbean inspired sauce to be added to the fabulously flavoursome range of sauces and marinades created here in the South West by Joe and Nicola Knight. Each sauce has been lovingly recreated following their travels across the many Caribbean islands. This particular sweet, sticky and spicy sauce is a blend of chilli and fresh pineapple with Caribbean spices and is perfect with ribs, chicken or pork chops. Can be used as both a marinade and a condiment.

Ingredients - tomatoes, tomato paste concentrate, pineapple juice from concentrate, spirit vinegar, pineapple, honey, scotch bonnet chillies, water, thyme, allspice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, paprika, cornflour.
