A money saving combination of the Camerons Gourmet Mini Smoker and the 'Li'l Smokey conversion kit. The Li'l Smokey consists of a stainless steel stand and sterno kit and used with the Camerons Gourmet Mini Smoker this gives you a fully portable outdoor smoker for when you are out and about. The stand can be used over a makeshift campfire, or use the sterno kit - a small stainless steel pan - with sterno cooking fuel to create an independent heat source. Choose an odourless, clean burning sterno fuel wherever possible so that it will not taint your food. The Camerons Gourmet Mini Smoker is just the right size for a couple of small trout or larger fish filets or meat cuts. It would make a great companion for a camping, hiking or fishing trip - imagine a quick snack of smoked sausages or smoked chicken breasts on the riverbank or during a moorland trek! You can also use the Mini Smoker closer to home on your kitchen stovetop or in the garden on your charcoal or gas barbecue. Made of stainless steel, each component is dishwasher safe, including the stand. The Camerons Gourmet Mini is supplied with two tester pots of Camerons Wood Grains.
