A very clever idea for barbecue skewers, the FireWire is an all stainless steel flexible skewer which can hold twice as much as a normal skewer. The flexible cable is 56cm in length and once it is loaded with food to be cooked it can easily be coiled up to marinade in a bowl or bag and it can be curved around any shape or size of grill rack. The skewer tip is draped over the edge of your grill or smoker and will stay cool to the touch. It's also completely dish washer safe and will not rust. The pack contains two FireWire skewers.
