This heavy duty cast iron pot is designed especially for use with wood pellets. As the pot heats up when placed directly on your smoking heat source it gradually brings the compressed wood pellets to smouldering point and as it effectively holds it's heat for long periods, it will prolong the smoke flavour production and prevent the wood from catching alight which would only deliver heat rather than smoke flavour. Ideal for use with foods whicih will cook for lengthy periods.  The pot weighs in at 614gm and measures approximately 10cm in diameter and 8cm in height.
