All you need to get started with your hot smoker, this useful starter pack contains two types of wood product in two different flavours, a stainless steel smoker box for use with either of the wood products, plus a herb rub for dry or liquid marinades. In addition, the pack includes our own selection of recipe ideas across a wide range of food types to help you get started on your new culinary journey as well as some handy tips and techniques on how to get the best out of your smoker - mostly gleaned through experience! Supplied in a paper carrier bag, this starter kit also makes a great gift for the food smoker enthusiast. The wood flavours supplied are a combination of a hardwood and fruitwood, usually oak and apple, however, if you have a particular preference, please just email us your preferred wood flavour(s).
