Added to the Bradley range in 2007, the Bradley 4 Rack Digital Smoker together with it's bigger brother, the Bradley 6 Rack Digital Smoker were developed in order to provide even greater temperature and timings control. The units are based on the same design as the Original Smoker and Stainless Steel version but offer increased capacity as well as a full stainless steel interior. From an operations point of view, the temperature control has been transferred to the smoke generator and is set using a digital control. Both oven time and temperature can be accurately set and there is an additional setting for the amount of 'smoke time' down to the nearest 20 minutes, which is the cycle time of a single Bradley Flavour Bisquette. To get technical for a moment, these Digital Smokers offer an advancement over the Original model because the actual temperature cabinet is fed back to the digital control providing true thermostatic control rather than the simple variable resistor (rheostat) control of the earlier models. What this basically means is that you have complete control over the temperature required, the length of time you wish to smoke for and how much smoke you wish to generate.

The 4 cooking racks provide an internal cooking volume of 2288 cu inches or around 33lbs of food - so slightly more than the Bradley Original. A maximum temperature of he unit can reach a controllable maximum temperature of 160 degrees C (or 320 degrees F) whilst the minimum temperature is subject to ambient conditions, but if sited away from a heat source and by offsetting the smoke generator can achieve cold smoking conditions of below 20 degrees C. 

The Bradley Digital Smokers have a smart silver powder epoxy exterio and a polished stainless steel interior, so not only look the part but will also be easy to clean.
