Ideal for use as a dry meat cure or as part of a dry marinade mix, these coarse sea salts have been gently cold smoked over Apple or Maple wood by smoked salts specialists, The Devon Smokehouse. The cold smoking process imparts a golden colour and a rich smoked flavour to the salt, ideal for use with all foods, but in particular, fish, meats and game. Supplied in a 1kg pack. A table ready version of this product is also available in a perspex grinder.
