A range of dried herbs imported from Provence featuring some typical Provencal individual herbs as well as unique combinations. Whilst most dried herbs these days are sourced from Eastern European producers, these herbs are from one of the few growers in Provence and are highly flavoursome and aromatic. Use in conjunction with a marinade or scatter directly over smouldering wood chips or dust to unleash the flavours. Flavours currently available are culinary Lavender, Thyme, Sarriette (a home-grown French herb similar in flavour to oregano) and Herbes de Provence (a combination of Sarriette, Thyme, Oregano and Rosemary)
