A Storm Lighter is an ideal companion for the Smoking and BBQing enthusiast - particularly for those more blustery days where a match just isn't man enough. This is a robust and effective storm lighter from Swedish outdoor kit specialists, Silva, which is designed for use for extreme outdoor use out at sea or atop mountains as well as camping trips or any outdoor cooking. It will withstand wind speeds of 48 knots and features five 'O-ring' seals to keep water out when the unit is closed. Its Piezo ignition system is reliable for over 30,000 ignitions and the flame is adjustable. The cap opens to a 150 degree angle and it can be carried via a woven wriststrap. The lighter runs off butane gas which is not supplied with the product but is available from most camping stores. Its easy to refill and there's a handy fuel level window. Supplied in a silver metal giftbox.
