This is a strong stainless steel bacon hook with 5 pointed prongs on a coat hanger like hook. You can use it to hang bacon joints or in fact any other type of food you might be smoking in your smokehouse, including dried beef, dried venison, turkey etc.

By the way, you can use this hook in conjunction with the fish and meat hanger which is supplied fitted to the ProQ Frontier, Buckaroo and Excel.

This hook is 20 cm wide and 14cm in height.
