This chrome rack with set of 5 stainless steel hooks can be fitted to the lid of any vertical smoker to enable you to smoke whole fish, eel or certain meat cuts. The vertical smoking process promotes even distribution of smoke flavour. For fish, the hooks should be placed through the fish's eyes rather than tail. Both the ProQ Excel and the ProQ Frontier are already fitted with a fish hanger.
