An all stainless steel smoker box for use with various wood smoking products including grains, chips and pellets. With side slots and a loose fitting perforated lid, the box is placed directly on white hot charcoals to encourage the wood to smoulder and generate longer, richer smoke flavours rather than burn and produce heat. The box measures 18cm long x 8cm wide x 4.5cm deep.
