This fine mesh chrome plated basket is ideal for shellfish, vegetables and nuts, holding food securely whilst allowing smoke, steam and heat to flow through. Two fold down side handles make it easy to move the basket and it's contents. With a 40cm diameter and 5cm height, the basket has generous proportions and, whilst designed for use with the ProQ range of food smokers, can also be used with other smokers or barbecues. The mesh size is 6mm square approximately.
