This digital thermometer complete with food probe provides an instant and accurate read-out of food temperature during cooking. The pre-programming facilty allows you to preset your required cooking temperature to help you determine when your food is properly cooked.  The probe will supply ideal internal meat temperatures for all types of meat and for variations ranging from 'Well Done' to 'Rare'. The read-out is supplied in both centigrade and fahrenheit. The probe is on the end of a stainless steel flexi cable which is 96cm in length allowing it to be used inside a cooking chamber whilst monitoring from the outside. This particular probe does not fit in the ProQ food smoker temperature probe eyelets without adaptation. We have used ours by looping it over the top of the stackers - though not ideal, it works well. We are currently on the look-out for a compatible probe product.
