These chrome plated food racks are designed to double the cooking surface area in the Bradley Smoker by inverting the racks and setting them on top of the existing racks. This substantially increases the capacity of your smoker for a range of meat cuts, sausages and fish food smoking projects. The pack contains four additional racks.
